A Past Performance Reference Sheet has been added as Attachment 1.1. on FBO. The contractor is responsible for reading the amendment in its entirety. The closing date and time of the solicitation remain unchanged. This is amendment 0003 to N62645-16-R-0001. The closing date and time of the solicitation remain unchanged.
