- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The National Park Service intends to solicit proposals to repair identified areas of the leaking plumbing systems at the Charles Young Buffalo Soldiers National Monument (CHYO) located in Wilberforce, OH. This is solicitation number P16PS00176 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 236220. The small business size standard is $15 million. Project Description: Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to repair identified areas of the leaking plumbing systems at the Charles Young Buffalo Soldiers National Monument (CHYO) located in Wilberforce, OH.
