- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for maintenance services to include mowing and general maintenance services at Paintsville Lake, KY. Performance will be a base period with four additional one year option periods. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract with a not-to-exceed amount of $950,000.00 over the entire contract period. Award will be made as a whole to the lowest priced responsible and responsive offeror. Solicitation documents are expected to be available no later than December 31, 2015. Once a specific date has been determined this notice will be amended to reflect any changes. When available, the solicitation will be posted online at http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Offerors are invited to attend a Pre-Quote Conference to be held at Paintsville Lake, Staffordsville, KY on a date and time to be determined. A NAICS Code of 561730 has been established for this solicitation. The size standard is $7.5M in average annual receipts. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside.
