Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to proceed with a sole source purchase order with Netsmart Technologies, Inc. to provide an updated drug delivery software system which will also include the transfer of the data from the old system to the new system. This announcement is for products the VA intends to solicit and discuss with only one source IAW FAR Part 6.302-1. The corresponding purchase order will be firm fixed price and F.O.B. Destination. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available; however, any firm that believes it can meet or exceed the requirements above may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 11:00am (CST) December 9th, 2015. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Information must be sent electronically to the Contracting Officer at Daniel.rasmussen@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the VA not to compete is solely within the VA's discretion. If no responses are received by the deadline given, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source procedures.
