- An Industry Day for the BOSS Program Solicitation will be conducted on 14 December 2015 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (EST) at the FCC Washington HQ Office and at our field Site in Columbia MD.. The purpose of the event is to review the BOSS conduct a site tour of the HQ and the Columbia, MD locations, answer any question relative to the draft pre-solicitation documents, clarify government expectations, and address vendor questions (time permitting).
