Description

Proposal Intent Response Sheet Revised SF1449 16-000072 Revised Amendment 02 to the RFP contains the following changes: 1. The receipt of the proposal intent form has hereby been changed from December 02, 2015 to December 11, 2015. This revision is located in "Att 2-Proposal Intent Response Revised" attached to this announcement. 2. The SF1449 is revised and attached as "SF1449 16-000072 Revised" to refelect the change in the proposal response date from December 23, 2015 to January 5, 2016. 3. Clarification added that Block 26 of the SF1449, TOTAL AWARD AMOUNT, shall reflect the total value of the proposal inclusive of the base and 4 (12) twelve month option periods. 4. The Technical Proprosal Volume 1, Sections 1-3 referenced in SECTION L of the solicitaion pages 34-35 shall not exceed 20 pages combined. 5. The Technical Proposal Volume 1, Section 4 referenced in SECTION L page 35 maximum page limit has changed from 15 pages to 10 pages. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
