- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition procedures pursuant to the authority in FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items (Title VII of the Federal Acquisition Act of 1994 (Public Law 103-355)). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; therefore a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a total small business set aside request. The period of performance for services is a one year period of performance from date of award. The NAICS classification code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services. The small business size standard is $27.5M. The Small Business Administration (SBA) Acquisition Division, Office of the Chief Financial Officer/Office of Financial Systems (OCFO/OFS), intends to renew Service Contract Number SUNUS1075345 of CSI #16118493 for Oracle Hardware Support for Systems Maintenance Support for Funds Control servers and components. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for additional details including an itemized listing of all required line item descriptions. All items listed in the SOW must be referenced in the provided quotation. Responses that do not include all the required items as listed on the SOW will be considered non-responsive and not reviewed for award consideration. In the event a line item on the SOW cannot be provided under CSI #16118493, please provide the alternate CSI # where that item can be provided. The selected Offeror must comply with the commercial item terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions are incorporated by reference: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items (lowest price technically acceptable) FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. FAR clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items.
