- Solicitation SPE4A6-16-X-0180 is issued for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) in accordance with FAR 13.5. The solicitation contains multiple NSNs (4) for FSC 3110. The IDPO has a 3-year base period and 2 option years. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin & Destination. FOB Destination (all NSNs). All estimated annual quantities along with minimum and maximum delivery order quantities will be included in the solicitation document. Evaluation will be on a line-by-line basis. Solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
