- SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to award on a sole source basis, a commercial firm-fixed price service contract to Instruments, Incorporated, 7263 Engineer Road, Suite G, San Diego, CA 92111-1493 for technical support in overhauling S11-64 Radio Frequency (RF) Power Amplifiers that make up part of the AN/FRT-95A Low Frequency (LF) transmitter located at Naval Radio Transmitter Facility (NRTF) Awase, Japan.
