- Attachment 3 - Request for Government Furnished Property Form Attachment 2 - Request for Specification Clarification Form Attachment 1 - Reference Information Sheet Exhibit A - Specification Package No. BOST-517-16 Solicitation No. N55236-16-R-0001 Accomplish the FY16 Fleet Modernization Program (FMP) requirements on LCAC 75 for BOST-517-16. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.. Work to be accomplished at ACU-5 Camp Pendleton, CA. The vessel will be available for inspection on 08 and 09 December 2015 from 9:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). The LCAC-75 FMP scope of effort includes accomplishment of various LCAC Crafts Alts and LCAC Alteration Equivalent to Repair (AER). The FMP effort is to be performed in accordance with Government prepared specifications, drawings, work item descriptions, and craft alteration records. All West Coast area sources who currently hold an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) under DFARS 217.71, or are qualified for and willing to enter an agreement shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess an ABR are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of the ABR application without impacting the vessel's availability dates. The successful offeror will be required to have a Southwest Regional Maintenance Center approved Quality System (IAW NAVSEA Standard Item 009-004), approved and in place at time of contract award.
