27 NOV 2015 Request for Information Clarification Questions. This document contains questions industry has asked USG to answer and clarify. We have compiled all the questions and have answered what we can so far. Attached find the document. 06 NOV 2015 THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Air Force is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor that site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Battle Management Directorate at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, a component of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), is interested in receiving information from companies that have the capability to develop, produce and deploy, two (2) Joint Automated Logistics Systems (JALSs) which would be interoperable and compatible with existing network infrastructure. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contracting Officer's email address below. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered by posting answers to the FBO website; accordingly, questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information.
