- Solicitation Statement of Work Itemized Listing of Goods to be moved The 154th HI Air National Guard has a requirement to move office furniture from Building 3416 to Building 3400 on Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI 96853. BASE BID, BLDG 3416 A. The contractor is to relocate goods from bldg 3416 to 3400A&B. B. Contractor will disassemble modular furnitures, relocate filing cabinets, conference tables and chairs, printing equipment, lockers, appliances such as refrigerators, water coolers, microwave ovens, office supplies, trophies, cabinets, heritage pictures, paintings, and plaques. C. Contractor will re-assemble modular furniture, relocate all items as directed by movement project manager and supervisors. LOCATION: This project is located at building 3416 & 3400A/B, 360 Mamala Bay Drive, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Oahu, Hawaii. NORMAL HOURS OF OPERATION: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The field investigation and subsequent goods movement can be accomplished anytime during these hours unless the base is closed for a holiday. Prior coordination is required. Contractor shall comply with the following regulations, codes, and any sub-codes contained therein: - All local, state and federal regulations. GENERAL NOTES: 1. All work will be accomplished in a clean, safe manner with quality workmanship within accepted Government practices. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit only written offer for RFQ W912J6-16-T-0003. The associated NAICS code is 484210 with a size standard of $27.5M. This solicitation in no way obligates the Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the Government to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of any offer/quote. Furthermore, the Government reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of the Government. NOTICE OF PRE-QUOTE SITE VISIT A Site visit will be conducted on 4 December 2015, 10:00am (HST) for purposes of allowing interested parties to see the items that need to be moved and the existing locations. ATTENDANCE AT THE SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY FOR ANY/ALL PARTIES THAT INTEND TO SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION. Interested parties planning on participating please submit Company Name, Telephone number, DUNS/CAGE code and Personnel attending to Ms. Whitney Arkle at the following addresses: whitney.l.arkle.mil@mail.mil. This information must be provided in advance, not later than 2 business days prior to the meeting. Any information provided at the conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. QUESTIONS If substantive questions are received which affect the response to the solicitation, or if changes are made to the closing date and time, as well as other aspects of the RFQ, this solicitation will be amended. Any amendments to this solicitation will be issued and posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website. Offerors are encouraged to check this website http://www.fedbizops.gov periodically. Questions and Answers: The deadline for receiving questions on this solicitation in writing will be due at 3:00pm (HST), Monday- December 7, 2015.
