- Estimated issue date November 24, 2015 and estimated closing/response date December 28, 2015 Purchase Request#: FD2030-16-00291 RFP#: SPRTA1-16-R-0002 Nomenclature/Noun : Pressure Indicator for the E-3 Aircraft, NSN 6685-01-055-2211RK, with Part Number 50233-30. AMC: 3P History: The previous order was to Rogerson Kratos contract SPRTA1-10-D-0093-0001 on July 29, 2010 for 15 each. The maximum quantity on Line Item 0001 is 32. Mandatory Language: Note: Item Description: Length 4.1560 inches, Height 2.0000 inches, Width 2.0000 inches, Weight 0.7000 (LB). Item Function: Provides aircraft hydraulic pressure indication. Currently Rogerson Kratos (Cage 34830) is the only known sources that can satisfy the Government requirements. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firms(s) listed: Rogerson Kratos (Cage 34830). Drawing 50233-30 is proprietary. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposal or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to call the Ombudsman at (405) 734-8241. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER FOR SOLICITATION REQUESTS. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests.
