DESCRIPTION: NSN(s): 5930-00-270-3028 Item Description: SWITCH, SENSITIVE IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 97151 7238979 REVISION NR F DTD 09/14/2006 PART PIECE NUMBER: 7238979 IAW REFERENCE SPEC NR MIL-PRF-8805F(3) SUP 1 REVISION NR 3 DTD 10/02/2006 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE QAP 16236 SQAP002703028 REVISION NR A DTD 11/15/2013 PART PIECE NUMBER: Unit of Issue: Each Quantity (including option quantity): Estimated Annual Demand = 252 Destination Information: Various DLA stocking locations Delivery Schedule: 180 Days without FAT, 330 days with FAT All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): (X) The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. (X) Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. (X) The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.dla.mil/. Users may search for documents using the ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software. (X) The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. (X) Various Increments Solicited: 15 - 29 30 - 99 100 - 199 200 - and Up (X) One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. (X) Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
