- SPRRA216R0001 Synopsis Identification of Requirements (IOR) No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AHCB, Imelda Chagolla, Contract Specialist, via email imelda.chagolla@dla.mil. This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic/sole source contract which will include multiple NSNs to support the Patriot Missile weapon systems. A total of 100 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that all 100 NSNs will be priced for the initial contract award. The proposed action is intended to be on a sole source basis with various contracts issued to other associated CAGE(s) as supported by a J&A IAW FAR 6.302-1 " Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". The proposed sole source contract will be issued to Raytheon Company, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE): 05716. Items provided by the following Raytheon CAGE Codes are covered by this acquisition: 18876; 55717; 05716; 15090; 37695; 96214; 072E5; 2M191; 38150; 4U884; 7Y193; 00724; 06845; 49956; 5D832; and 9F358. The proposed contract will be for a total six (6) year period of performance. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified OEM. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) corporate Indefinite- Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a three (3) year base and one (1) three (3) year option. The attached lists of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. These items are being added to contract SPRBL1-15-D-0017, awarded to Raytheon Cage: 49956 in accordance with the originally approved J&A. However, the NSNs identified here were not included in the list of original items synopsized for this effort. The contract has six (6) years remaining. The contract requires supply of parts, as well as other functions including but not limited to inventory management, forecasting, distribution, storage, reliability improvements, engineering maintenance and design control affecting these parts.
