For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name, Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX5F5930AX. The Government propose to acquire, on a 5 Year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a quantity of 25 each up to a maximum quantity of 75 each, FITTING ASSY, LOWER, CLEVIS- SUPPORT STRUT END ; NSN: 5340-01-246-6842 ; Part Number: 70219-42415-041 applicable to the BLACKHAWK UH-60 (BE) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 420 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). PLT without First Article Testing is 280 DARO with deliveries to W25G1U NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. This item is 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the PROCUREX system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
