- Solicitation for N66604-16-Q-0108 (Previously posted as N66604-15-Q-3161). NOTE: THE NAVAL UNDERSEA WARFARE CENTER, DIVISION NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND IS NOW ACCEPTING QUOTES AND PROPOSALS. The purpose of this modification is to correct the following: - FBO posting error - Provide the solicitation - Change required delivery date from 12 weeks to 14 weeks after receipt of order - Change Solicitation number from N66604-15-Q-3161 to N66604-16-Q-0108 - Extend the RFQ closing date to 30 October 2015. Please see attached solicitation and technical specifications. All companies must re-submit their quotes. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
