- This is modification 1 to the synopsis entitled "General Construction Large Projects (GCLP)", reference number NNJ16ZBJ001L, which was posted on October 2, 2015. You are notified that the following changes are made: (1) Added Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) category. (2) NASA/JSC is no longer seeking capability statements from Woman-owned Small Businesses (WOSB) for set aside purposes. However, responses received from WOSB and SDB will be considered for small business subcontracting goals. (3) All 8(a) and HUBZone firms will need to be certified prior to contract award if the procurement is set-aside. (4) The reference to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is deleted in its entirety. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/JSC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=73 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
