- Amended Performance Work Statement, W911YN16T0001. The Exhibit 3 information has been updated to change the event on location to 7 November only, and reduces the maximum estimated personnel to 100. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached attachments: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Service Contract Wage Determination applicable to the locality. The PWS covers all work potentially required, and Technical Exhibit 3 of the PWS gives specific estimated workload data for the event to include amount of dental treatment requested. The synopsis/solicitation document contains instructions on what to submit with quotation and terms and conditions of a resulting contract. All Questions shall be addressed in email to Brian Williams at brian.j.williams9.mil@mail.mil. Questions and answers will be posted as an attachment to this synopsis/solicitation.
