- Attachments 1-17 Specifications for all Line Items. This is a sole sourced requirement to E.H. Wachs. This requirement is being sole sourced on the basis that our existing tooling is E.H. Wachs tooling and the tooling purchased needs to e compatible with the existing tooling. E.H. Wachs is the original equipment manufacurer for the Shipyard's curent tooling and machining; therefore, a different contractor's tooling and machining would not work with the existing equipment.
