- Request for Quotation N00253-15-T-0583 - EMI Gaskets Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for EMI Face Gasket in accordance with drawing PESK-5203, Rev. B, EMI Rear Gasket IAW PESK-5202, Rev. B, EMI Front Gasket IAW PESK-5201, Rev. C, EMI Cover Gasket IAW PESK-5200, Rev. B, Gyro Case, IAW PESK-5060 Rev. Y, Gyro Cover IAW PESK-5061, Rev. J, Gyro Front Plate IAW PESK-5103, Rev. L, Gyro PCB Spacer IAW PESK-5115, Rev. F, Gyro Rear Plate IAW PESK-5127, Rev. F, EMI Connector Gasket IAW PESK-5204, Rev. D, Gyro Connector Body IAW PESK-5105, Rev. G, Connector Plate IAW PESK-5104, Rev. L, Filter Bar IAW PESK-5133, Rev. E, Nut Plate IAW PESK-5269. Offerors will need to be Joint Certified Program certified in order to view the drawings posted in FBO as they are Arms Export Control drawings. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-15-T-0583 and is attached to this announcement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332710 and has a size standard of 500 employees. The Government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation.
