- Draft Performance Work Statement The Training Service Center on Fort Hood is requesting information regarding potential contractors that are capable of providing training aids, devices, simulators and simulation support services to Fort Hood soldiers, reserve components, ROTC and civilian organizations. The purpose of this sources sought is to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government's requirements, and enhancing the Government's ability to obtain quality services at reasonable prices and increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. This is not a request for a quote or proposal. This is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of potential qualified contractors before determining the method of acquisition. This requirement is for 8(a) contractors only. The government reserves the right to not award a contract from this sources sought. Please provide a detailed information describing your capability to perform the required services detailed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement. Responses are due no later than 10:00 am on 15 October 2015. Responses are to be sent via email to shriva.g.sims.civ@mail.mil. Responses should include Name, Address, Phone, Fax, email, DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax ID number.
