The changes made to the document can be found in red font. The Government anticipates releasing a final RFP in mid-September. Information provided in response to questions or related to the pre-solicitation conference is provided as guidance for proposal development, but does not constitute a promise or contractual guarantee by the Government. Offerors must rely upon the most current version of the solicitation when preparing proposals for submission.
