- This document is provided for information / orientation only! It provides an overview of the layout of the facility and a general idea (example) of the type of furniture required. The attached does not imply a specific brand, make or model required, however, all specifications and requirements in the solicitation have to be met. Solicitation Document (RFQ) This is the solicitation posting for the above requirement. Offerors are cautioned to review the RFQ, Scope of Work and any attachments carefully to ensure that the quote meets all requirements set forth. Quotes shall be submitted electronically as soon as possible, but must be received no later than Thursday, 24 September 2015 at 15.00h local (German) Time. Questions must be submitted electronically - any questions received after the date specified in the RFQ may or may not be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Multiple Awards may result from this solicitation and partial quotes are permitted.
