- Solicitation BEP-RFP-15-0403 Past Performance Questionnaire Performance Requirement Summary The Contractor shall provide technical support, programming support services and associated level for these services, to support the BEP's current and future use of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) provided equipment, associated Information Technology (IT) as well as provide labor, material and transportation to provide (SCADA) System Maintenance Service support as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This includes, but is not limited to providing specialists to perform work that supports the design, analysis, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of existing SCADA equipment, associated Information Technology (IT) systems and IT applications software. These duties also include the development and support of existing and new application software services in adherence with U.S. Government and Bureau IT standards and policies.
