- STATEMENT OF WORK FY16 CNRSE OMNR INSTALLATIONS FINGERPRINT SCANNERS MAINTENANCE SUPPORT Provide 9/5 Maintenance Support Services for the following equipment/installations. POP: 01Oct15 to 30SEP16 (1) TPE-4100UXA-ED; 36056-03 NAS JRB FT Worth, TX (2) TPE-4100UXA-ED; 36056-05 NAS JRB New Orleans, LA 9/5 Maintenance Support Services will provide annual on-site 9/5 maintenance support for designated installations. Installation will call help desk in an attempt to solve issue; however if issue is not resolved a field service engineer will be dispatched to installation for on-site service. Customer ™s Service Request Requirement for Onsite: If on-site service is necessary, such service shall be provided nine (9) business hours (that is, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) per day, five business days per week. shall use its best efforts to have an field service engineer at Customer ™s facility within eight (8) working hours from the time the engineer is dispatched by Help Desk if Customer ™s facility is located within a 100 mile radius of an authorized service location and within 24 hours if Customer ™s facility is located outside such 100 mile radius.
