Description

Statement of Need/Specifications Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies in which the Government intends to acquire in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Department of Commerce (DOC), NOAA Wallops CDA Station, Wallops Island, Virginia has a requirement as described below. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Wallops Command and Acquisition Station (CDAS) is requesting quotes for an Oscilloscope. Specifications are minimum, but specific, all interested offerors that can meet those requirements can quote. See Attached Solicitation- Offerors are to Return ALL Pages of the Solicitation and MUST include the completed clause: Representation by Corporations. See attached Statement of Need for those specification requirements. All interested concerns must submit a quotation including Mfg. brand name, part number and Mfg. specifications for the unit that is being quoted as described above within fifteen (15) days of the publication date of this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and the written solicitation is attached and must be returned. All clauses must be completed where applicable. A firm fixed price order is anticipated to be issued immediately. All responses must be in writing and delivery to email address: donna.l.cohee@noaa.gov. Email Responses to Solicitation should reference solicitation number EE-133E-15-RQ-1008, in the Subject line to ensure it is received successfully. Deadline for ALL offers is September 24, 2015 at 12:00PM (ET). Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. This is a Simplified Acquisition with an estimated value of less than $150,000.00. The Western Acquisitions Division requires that all contractors doing business with this acquisition office be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representation and Certifications (ORCA). For additional information and to register with CCR and ORCA please access the following website: http://www.sam.gov. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a DUN & Bradstreet on-line at www.dnb.com/eupdate.
