- Attachment 0003 Tax Liability Attachment 0002 Contract Clauses and Provisions Attachment 0001 Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for HON Furniture, in accordance with Attachment 0001- Specifications. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-15-Q-AK15 is issued as a total small business set-aside. The RFQ will be firm fixed price, in accordance with the provisions and clauses included in Attachment 0002-Clauses and Provisions. The offeror is required to submit an executed copy of Attachment 0003, DFARS 252.209-7992 Tax Liability with their quote.
