- AMENDMENT 01 - The purpose of Amendment 01 is to post questions / requests for clarification received from industry and the Government's response for each.The following questions / requests for clarification were received: INDUSTRY REQUEST: Q1 - "...verify (that) CLINS 7-9 P/N 3574AS300-1 is the correct P/N. Haystack shows that as a Fuel Servicing Unit, Aircraft, Trailer Mounted, NSN 4930-01-456-9174." GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE: A1 - The Government will be procuring the rotor track and balance sets under 3574AS300-1 and they are going to be listed as equivalents to the existing SK parts. There will be no part number change for this effort simply a revision to the drawing. A new NSN will be assigned to P/N 3574AS300-1 identifying the drawing revision and item description. INDUSTRY REQUEST: Q2 - "The TDP appears to be missing data for part numbers: 3574AS302-1 3574AS304-1 3574AS305-1 Also the SOW requires proofload of part number SK393M44108-1; the drawing does not show proofload data or SWL." GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE: A2 - The data for these part numbers was missing from the original TDP. This omission has been corrected. Revision "G" of the Tailboom Support Stand Drawing includes the proof load testing data.
