- Description
- The Period of Performance will be from 15 September 2015 to 15 March 2015. The exact dates of service for each item are to be coordinated through the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) by the contractor. The hours of operation will be 7a.m - 7p.m, Monday - Sunday. Contractor shall provide the equipment listed in Technical Exhibit 1 and transportation of equipment as required, with the minimum capabilities described in exhibit 1 to be used at Douala, Cameroon. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, equipment operators, maintenance, and fuel. Construction and MHE Equipment requirements include all items specifically stated in Tech Exhibit 1 and should be delivered on dates requested by the COR. Additionally, the exact dates of service are to be coordinated through the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the project site supervisor. The Contractor shall provide all consumable supplies required for each vehicle. Consumables shall consist of, but not limited to, oil, fluids, lubricants, etc. The Contractor shall automatically replenish consumable supply inventories based on used and established needs. For the purpose of estimating costs, assume an average daily use of 8 hours per day for the equipment.
