- Provide all personnel, labor, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform Electronic Security System (ESS) Preventative Maintenance in accordance with the attached Scopes of Work and the attached Wage Determinations. Up to 11 awards will be made from this Solicitation. Each individual location (line item) will be awarded based on Low Price. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561621 ($20.5 million). Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the price breakout schedule. Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed per each site will be considered as a material deviation from the requirements of the solicitation and the quote will be rejected. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer -System for Award Management, which indicates "All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT)." Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.sam.gov. The process can usually be completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. Contractors will need to obtain a DUNS number for processing their registration. If you do not already have a DUNS number, one can be obtained from Dun and Bradstreet by calling 1-800-333-0505. If you are not currently registered, please begin the registration process before submitting a quote.
