- RFQ 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number M00264-15-Q-MC03 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-83 August 3, 2015. 4. The solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside with associated NAICS code 315990, and small business size standard of 500 Employees. 5. Description of requirements: BPA for Uniform Items 6. The requested services are for a Period of Performance of 1 Year. 7. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. 8. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. 9.
