- The Billings Area Indian Health Services, Northern Cheyenne Service Unit in Lame Deer, Montana intends to award on a sole-source base under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 with Alere North America, Inc, 30 S. Keller RD Suite 100, for Biosite Triage Supplies for Lab and ER Department at NCSU, for Cardiac, BNP, and Tox screen testing for Fiscal Year 2016. The supplies ordered will comply with current COLA regulations. These supplies and materials are compatible with the Triage Biosite Meters. Alere North Amercia, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of the supplies. The purchase order shall consist of a 12 month period. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by September 25, 2015 by 8:00 a.m. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with requirements listed and show that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source acquisition to Alere North American, Inc. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
