- RFQ for Calibration Services for DMEA’s Kalos PK1 Memory Tester This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12, Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes solicitation HQ0727-15-R-0023 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of $20.5 million. The Government's intended source is to Boston Semi Equipment, 4 Federal St., Billerica, MA 01821 for the purchase of proprietary calibration services for DMEA's Kalos PK1 memory tester equipment. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the agency. The place of delivery is the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th St, McClellan, CA 95652. Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001 is purchase of four (4) quarterly calibration services for DMEA's Kalos PK1 memory tester. CLIN 0002-CLIN 0004 is Option Years' purchases of calibration services for DMEA's Kalos PK1 memory tester following CLIN 0001 period of performance. See attached RFQ with Pefromance Work Statement (PWS) 15-5F2. This RFQ announcement and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83.
