- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is soliciting offers on an unrestricted basis to provide for the purchase of two (2) Lubricating Oil Pressure Regulating Valves. This requirement will be competed amongst businesses that comply with the scope of work. A firm-fixed price type contract is anticipated to result from the solicitation. It is the intention of the Navy to issue this RFQ through electronic means only. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration.
