- PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS FAR CLAUSE The USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement to procure the following: 1). NSN: 5825-01-467-2409 PROCESSOR/RECEIVER DF EACH UNIT REQUIRED TO HAVE ELECTROSTATIC PROTECTION MFG: THALES UK LTD PART NUMBER: 00050251041 QUANTITY: 105 EACH EACH ITEM IS TO BE INDIVIDUALLY PACKED MARKED AND BAR-CODED AS SPECIFIED IN ATTACHMENTI. DELIVERY IS REQUIRED ON OR BEFORE FEB 10, 2016. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR PROPOSED DELIVERY. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-83 (August 2015), and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. It is the Government's belief that only Tech Comm and/or their authorized distributors can obtain the required technical and engineering data, and genuine OEM parts, required to successfully provide these items. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit complete information discussing the same within two (2) calendar days from the day this notice is posted. The information submitted must include a letter from the OEM verifying the offeror is an authorized distributor, and verifying the OEM will supply only genuine OEM parts. The following FAR Clause provisions apply to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jul 2013); FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (May 2014) with Alternate I (This clause is included as Attachment I of solicitation). Quoter(s) must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 with their quote. The following FAR Clauses apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (May 2014); FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (May 2015). (This clause is included as Attachment II of solicitation) Quoters may obtain full text versions of the above mentioned clauses and provisions electronically at www.arnet.gov.far All responsible sources may submit a quotation: Yvette.r.johnson@uscg.mil which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers; be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their quote.
