- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is 10753796RFQ and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337127 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Service-Disabled Veteran Owned ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2015-09-22 14:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions. The National Guard - Georgia requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: The disassembly, delivery, re-assembly, debris removal, and clean-up of existing furniture and audio visual equipment from the old location, Charlie Brown Airport, to the new location, Oglethorpe Armory. This shall consist of the following tasks: 1.Remove a total of nine (9) 52" wall mounted TVs and install at new location 2. Remove one (1) 80" wall mounted TV and install at new location 3. Disassemble/Transport/Reassemble three (3) tiered modular TOC floor system to new location. Each tier measures approximately 5? x 15? 4. Remove three (3) wall mounted projection screens and install at new location 5. Transport one (1) 16' conference table and all chairs to new location 6. Mount 13 new flat screen TVs (39"-48") at new location 7. Mount three (3) new projection screens at new location 8. Mount three (3) new projectors at new location 9. Disassemble/Transport/Reassemble one (1) 24? x 8?, 6 track sliding dry erase board system 10. The site visit will be held at Oglethorpe Armory 5019 Hwy 42, Ellenwood, GA 30294. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit. (1) Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this site visit. (2) This information must be provided in advance, not later than two (2) business days prior to the site visit, in order to ensure access to the facility. Even if you have access to the base, you must register. The furnishing of the above information is voluntary; however, your failure to furnish all or part of the requested information may result in the Government?s denial of your access to the site visit. This information will be provided to the Base Security Forces who will authorize your entrance to the site. (3) Visitors may be required to present the following information upon arrival: (1) Vehicle Registration, (2) Valid Driver?s License, (3) Proof of Insurance for Vehicle, (4) Safety Inspection and Car Rental agreement if applicable.
