- Synopsis Additional Information Performance Work Statement for Aberdeen Proving Ground APBI Conference This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91ZLK-15-T-0407, and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82. The associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519190. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified offerors' may submit bids. The solicitation will start on Thursday, September 10, 2015 and will end on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time, or as otherwise posted at http://fbo.gov (FedBidOpps.gov). This requirement is for the web base registration, fee collection, and on-site registration for the upcoming APBI event to be held at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with specific payment terms. Specifications for the requirement are listed within the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Additional information concerning payment is provided. All interested parties must respond by September 21, 2015 8:00 AM Eastern Time. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be followed. Vendors are to provide documentation that they have the capability and have previously provided such service as outlined within the PWS. Vendors who are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database prior to award will not be considered. Vendors may register with SAM online at the website link provided. The Government reserves the right to cancel the referenced solicitation if deemed to be in its best interest.
