- J&A Redacted RFQ HSFLCS-15-Q-00036 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. Reference Number HSFLCS-15-Q-00036 issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332994. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Note: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov. Offerors are encouraged to, and must upon request, present their representations and certifications through the SAM database at https://www.sam.gov. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHMENT HSFLCS-15-Q-00036. Questions are to be submitted NLT 12:30 p.m. EST on September 15, 2015. All questions must be submitted in writing.
