- 15T0328_sol N00164-15-T-0328 - SOLE SOURCE - KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES - FSC 6625 - NAICS - 334515 Issue Date 10 SEP 2015 - Closing Date 16 SEP 2015 - Time 3:00 P.M. EDT This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-14-T-0328 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a Sole Source Procurement. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Keysight Technologies, 9780 south Meridian BLVD Englewood, CO 80112-5910; and ALL OEM Authorized Distributors. All other offeror's may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following: Base Award CLIN 0001 P/N: 8970B Base Award CLIN 0002 P/N: 8560E Base Award CLIN 0003 P/N: 83623B Base Award CLIN 0004 P/N: E4419B Base Award CLIN 0005 P/N: 8757E Base Award CLIN 0006 P/N: 53150A Base Award CLIN 0007 P/N: 53131A Base Award CLIN 0008 P/N: 53131A Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is September 16, 2015. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor, FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offeror's that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the Governments Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). CCR and ORCA have been recently incorporated into the Governments new point of registration, System for Awards Management (SAM).
