Description
Detailed Specifications DFARS 252.209-7992 FAR 52.212-3 FAR 52.222-22 and FAR 52.222-25 SOLICITATION This is solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon the quality and price reasonableness of offers received. An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror whose lowest price quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83, Effective 03 Sept 2015; Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 20150826, Effective 26 Aug 2015; and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2015-0406, effective 06 Apr 2015. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541890, Other Services Related to Advertising and the associated small business size standard is: 500 employees. Electronic submissions will be accepted at roderick.luckie@us.af.mil by 9/14/2015 by COB (4:00 PM EST) This solicitation will be considered a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Address questions regarding this solicitation to via e-mail at roderick.luckie@us.af.mil. This requirement is for Science Fair Awards, per the attached specifications. See attached document titled: "Requirements for Air Force Regional Science Fair Awards". Delivery Schedule : Must be delivered within 45 Days from receipt of the Award. The projected Delivery Date is November 2 nd 2015. Delivery Destination: Early Express 1333 East 2 nd Street, Dayton, Oh 45403 (Per Requirements on attachment 1) Packaging: The Packaging of awards must be adhered to (Per requirements in attachment 1) Logo: US Air force logo must be imprinted on all items- Art work will be provided (Per requirements in attachment 1) FOB: Destination (As defined in FAR 2.101-Definitions, the seller or consignor is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss.) INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Both inspection and acceptance will be by the Government at Destination. The following FAR provisions are incorporated into the solicitation.
