- J&A Title: This is Notice of Intent for award of sole source purchase order for Datawatch Desktop Software for the 58 MXG. Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The AFNWC/PZID Kirtland AFB, NM intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract to Datawatch Corporation, for the purchase of Datawatch Desktop Software version 12 software licenses, which are manufactured by Datawatch Corporation, who owns proprietary data rights and design details to this product. Anticipated date of award is 18 September 2015. The FSC Code is D306, the NAICS Code is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 Million. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within three (3) days of this announcement.
