- Archdiocese for the Military Services Memo JBSA Auxiliary Priest - Performance Work Statement 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in the requirement to provide Auxiliary Catholic Priest Service at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, BUT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY! It does not constitute a solicitation and/or request for proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. In order to apply for this requirement, a Roman Catholic Priest must have the endorsement of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS). It is the policy of the AMS to grant endorsements only to those priests who will be contracting directly with the contracting office of a military installation. The AMS will not endorse a priest who is subcontracted by a third-party contractor who in fact holds the contract. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these services, please provide the following information: Organization name, address, email address, telephone number, business size and service capabilities to daffeney.l.dortly.civ@mail.mil or gary.d.beck4.civ@mail.mil. Solicitation number is F2MRAR5229AW01 shall be used to reference any written responses to this sources sought. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed is 813110, size standard $7.5 million. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services of this notice are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Synopsis no later than 16 September 2015, 12:00 PM CST.
