- Section M Evaluation Criteria Section L Attachments Section L Instructions to Offerors Section J Attachments Protocol & Public Affairs Draft Request for Proposal The Missile Defense Agency releases the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-15-R-0029, for the Agency's "Protocol & Public Affairs" support contract under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions. MDA encourages industry input, comments, and questions to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition and to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities. Questions and/or comments are due to MDA no later than 1700 Central Time on September 24, 2015 and may be submitted to TEAMS_ProtocolandPA@mda.mil, subject line "TEAMS Protocol and Public Affairs RFP." This draft solicitation is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. This announcement is for information planning purposes only and proposals are not requested. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any procurement of services.
