- Product Description RFQ DOL-MSH-15-Q-00059 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DOL-MSH-15-Q-00059. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable cluases and provisions. The clauses may be accedded in full test at the following address: www.acquisition.gov As per FAR 52.211-6 to be considered for award the product must be Brand Name or Equal. The NAICS code is 33314 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-77. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers Commercial Items; 52.212.2 Evaluation Commercial Items, the evaluation criteria stated in paragraph (a) of this provision are as follows: (1) Technical Capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, and (2) Price. The contract award will be offered to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer made to the Government, considering technical capability and price. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) ( www.sam.gov ) in order to be considered for award.
