- Description
- The Navel Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: Slip Ring Package used in the AIM-9 Rate Table for testing of the AIM-9M Guidance and Control Section. The Slip Ring Package will replace an existing Slip Ring Package used in the AIM-9 Rate Table Test Station. This requirement is sole sourced to Electronic-Miniatures Corp., 68 W. Commercial Ave. Moonachie, NJ 07074 due to compatibility with the existing AIM-9 Rate Table. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. This response must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which may be considered by the agency. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below or mailed to the Contracting Office Address listed below no later than 5 days from this notice date. (POCs information auto-populates via table above.) Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
