B idders must have a "Dun & Bradstreet" (DUNS) number to be awarded a federal contract and provide documentation of such. Bidders must be registered in "System for Award Management" (SAM) before being awarded a federal contract and provide documentation of such. Final bids are due to this center, not later than October 15, 2015 at 4:00 PM EST. Point of contact for this project is the Purchasing Department.
