- Includes Technical Specifications (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items - as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, NB686000-15-04217 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. (iv) This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with the NAICS Code 334516 with a size standard of 500 employees. (v) The following contract line item number(s) (CLIN) and items, quantities and units of measure for this requirement are as follows: CLIN 0001: High Power L-band CW Fiber Laser Amplifier as specified per the attached SOW.
