- The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice to industry that the final Solicitation W91260-14-R-0003, including all Attachments and Exhibit A, has been published to the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) Secure/Sensitive Package folder of this announcement. Proposals for this solicitation are due 1300 Mountain Time on 13 October 2015. 2. The name of this acquisition is currently entitled, Worldwide Training Support Services (WTSS). However, upon contract award, the name of the acquisition may change to Worldwide Logistics Support Services - Training (WLSS-T). Additional information, as it becomes available, will be posted to FedBizOpps (https://www.fbo.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. 3. This acquisition is to provide training support services, training equipment and materiel procurement to support the NSRWA PMO requirements. This acquisition includes performance at worldwide locations, both inside the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS). Projects may support any US Government entity, partner nations, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers approved by NSRWA PMO. The scope includes all services, supplies, materials, equipment, and manpower necessary to provide training at the apprentice, journeyman or master level for a variety of non-standard aircraft, aircraft systems, aircraft support systems and Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS). TADSS requirements will be ancillary to training services. Platforms supported by this PWS include all non-standard aircraft (e.g. Mi-17, Mi-35, AH-6, MD-530, MD-500, Bell 200/400 series, and other various aircraft as determined by future requirements.) Training programs include, but limited to, maintenance, aircrew, aircraft support systems and training aids, devices, simulator, and simulations; new equipment; and sustainment training and could be potentially require contractor to acquire and/or maintain non-standard aircraft simulators to support training. 4. Please note the solicitation terms and conditions have changed since the last posting. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure understanding of the terms and conditions as identified in this final solicitation. 5. Document Access: If vendor was previously provided secure document access to support any previous notice, their privileges should still be valid. If a vendor requires electronic access, it is a Two Step Process as follows: 1) Request must be made through FedBizOpps; and 2) email document access letter (Attachment entitled, Secure Document Access Request, found under the Additional Documentation link) via email to jennifer.d.baker2.civ@mail.mil and theresa.m.coffenberry.civ@mail.mil.
