- Solicitation Document The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis Air Force Base, NV, is actively soliciting quotes for the following items/services listed below: CLIN 0001 - Contractor to furnishing all plans, material, labor, and equipment necessary to perform all operations regarding the supply and installation of (4) four 20' High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) hangar fans in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
